We're new to AI. Where should we start?
Usually with an AI Readiness Audit. We look at your processes, tools and data, then give you a short list of opportunities ranked by impact and effort, so your first project pays for itself.
What's the difference between an automation and an agent?
An automation follows steps you define, every time. An agent is given a goal and decides which steps to take within limits you set. Most businesses need both, and we help you choose.
Which tools do you work with?
We're tool-agnostic. We regularly use n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot and common CRMs and helpdesks, and we write custom code when off-the-shelf tools fall short.
Is our data safe?
We design every build around least-privilege access, keep sensitive data inside approved systems where possible, and document exactly what each automation or agent can see and do.
Will AI replace our team?
Our goal is to remove the repetitive work so your people can spend time on customers, decisions and growth. We involve your team from the start and train them to run what we build.
