We help organisations build AI systems, workflows and tools, and move the processes they already run onto AI, from client intake and billing to reporting and internal knowledge. We also design the websites, web apps, brands and marketing that bring new business in, and connect them to the systems behind them.
Who do you work with?
Startups, growing businesses and established organisations, from consultancies and training providers to technology companies and non-profits. We work with clients across Africa and globally.
We're new to AI. Where should we start?
Usually with an AI Readiness Audit. We look at your processes, tools and data, then give you a short list of opportunities ranked by impact and effort, so your first project pays for itself.
What's the difference between an automation and an agent?
An automation follows steps you define, every time. An agent is given a goal and decides which steps to take within limits you set. Most businesses need both, and we help you choose.
Which tools do you work with?
We're tool-agnostic. We regularly use n8n, Make, Zapier, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot and common CRMs and helpdesks, and we write custom code when off-the-shelf tools fall short.
Is our data safe?
We design every build around least-privilege access, keep sensitive data inside approved systems where possible, and document exactly what each automation or agent can see and do.
Will AI replace our team?
Our goal is to remove the repetitive work so your people can spend time on customers, decisions and growth. We involve your team from the start and train them to run what we build.
Do you still offer branding and websites?
Yes. Brand and website projects are most of our published work, and they remain core solutions. We now build them with the automation behind them in mind, so the site captures, routes and follows up enquiries on its own.
